Edge Trim is flexible PVC trim with individual internal metal clips and gripping tongue to provide a stronger grip. The internal clips are made of aluminum, and offer durability and better purchase on the shield. Edge Trim still must be laced on to prevent accidental removal during use.
Sold by the foot, we will adjust your order on a custom shield to the amount used (in 1 foot increments). For instance, a 24" x 36" Heater #3 will use approximately 9 feet of edge trim.
Check with your local marshal about shield standards in your area as this does create a lighter, thinner edged shield.
